By engaging KLAMEDIA or interacting with our digital interfaces, you consent to these Terms of Service. These rules govern the legal and operational execution of all digital marketing deployments, media buying frameworks, and strategic consulting retainers.
KLAMEDIA delivers technical marketing systems including, but not limited to, Technical SEO, Algorithmic PPC, Conversion UX/UI optimization, and Analytics Engineering. Specific deliverables, sprint cycles, and technical scopes will be contractually defined within a mutual Statement of Work (SOW).
The digital advertising ecosystem is subject to rapid shifts. KLAMEDIA executes campaigns with urgency and precision; however, explicit timelines regarding organic ranking superiority or machine-learning ad stability are projections. KLAMEDIA cannot control external algorithmic recalibrations by major search or social networks.
Agency management retainers paid to KLAMEDIA do not include media spend. The client is strictly liable for maintaining direct billing with advertising platforms (e.g., Google, Meta). If client media billing fails resulting in a campaign halt, KLAMEDIA accepts no liability for pipeline degradation or lost market share.
Given the highly sensitive nature of strategic marketing, both KLAMEDIA and the client are bound by strict confidentiality. Proprietary operational tactics, ad architectures, and internal financial figures disclosed during the partnership shall remain protected indefinitely.
Engagements may be deactivated in accordance with the stipulated notice period within the master contract. Upon deactivation, and contingent upon full payment of agency fees, KLAMEDIA will relinquish administrative privileges of all ad accounts, tracking mechanisms, and developed creative back to the client.
These operational conditions are governed by the jurisdiction in which KLAMEDIA resides. Disputes concerning marketing deployment or capital management will be resolved exclusively through authorized arbitration channels established by KLAMEDIA.
